Garden F - sALLY AND jON

The house was built in 1908 on a third of an acre plot, and the garden had been a grass tennis court for most of that time. We are only the second owners, and so  the garden provided a blank canvas for us to plan our "Arts and Crafts" garden when we moved here in 2012.  Having made the gothic fountain the centre piece, we tried to maintain a measure of formality blended with a cottage garden style, as well as developing the extensive vegetable plot. It continues to be a joyous work in progress
